All men are welcome to join us for full cooked breakfast. Today's speaker is John Bown who will be talking about the Street Pastors.

This brand new study course for Lent will use three Star Wars films as a basis for exploring some themes in Christianity.

You do not need to be a Star Wars expert or fan, or even to have seen any of the films, just to have a mind open to the possibility of God speaking through the medium of film.

The course will run for six Thursday evenings at Central, starting on 23rd February at 7.30 pm.

Today's service is the first in the six-weeks series for Lent leading up to Good Friday.

There will be practical skills workshops, technology, arts & crafts, etc for anyone interested in children's or youth work.

Bring your own packed lunch.

If you celebrate your birthday in February, come along for supper in the Lounge after evening worship, which will be led by Rev Diane Hare, starting at 6.00 pm.

Feel free to bring your husband, wife, significant other to meet others you may know by sight but not to speak to and to share an evening of fellowship, friendship and food.

In the middle of Fairtrade Fortnight there will be a 'Fairtrade Big Sing', including a fairtrade stall, a presentation on fairtrade in Africa with James Pogson from Northern Tea Merchants and fairtrade food/refreshments and fashions/clothes.
